The new 2016 Chevrolet Spark will make it public debut at the Seoul and New York motor Show. This Korean car is the smallest offering from the American brand. 1.1 Million Sparks were sold since Chevrolet put on sale this car in India in late 2009. It was sold in 71 markets worldwide, selling the most in South Korea, followed by the United States and Mexico. The 2016 Chevrolet Spark is going to have very popular and refreshing design and it profile will be “sleeker” and more aerodynamic than today’s model.
The 2016 Chevrolet Spark drive train is still mystery, but we expect it will have 1.2-litre 4-cylindre engine under its hood, with the 4 speed automatic transmission. The Chevrolet will also offer an all-electric version of the Spark, which has an 82-mile driving range. The car also showed excellent safety test result at frontal crash.
Exterior and Interior
The 2016 Chevrolet Spark exterior and interior are going to be slightly changed. It will have a new bonnet, swept-back headlamps, a thin radiator grille, a new bumper with a large air dam and fog lamps. New Spark is also likely to be offered with a body colored B-Pilllar and turn signal integrated wing mirrors. As we said, The 2016 Chevrolet Spark will have a sleeker, more aerodynamic profile than current model and it’s going to have slightly more angled nose and hood, with a more curved roofline leading toward its nearly vertical rear. The higher-spec models include aluminum-alloy wheels, front sports bumper, enlarged spoiler, chrome grill, colored door handles, fog lamps, cruise control, steering wheels with audio and cruise control buttons and CD player with MP3 and USB port.
2016 Chevrolet Spark release date and price
As we said the new 2016 Chevrolet Spark will make it public debut at the Seoul and New York motor Show in April of this year. This affordable car helps Chevrolet to attract younger buyers so many more than a quarter of today’s Spark buyers are under 35. The 2016 Chevrolet Spark price will probably stay close to the Spark’s current price, which starts at $12,270 for the standard model, while Spark EV will be around $27,645.
